Refund Policy:
AI‑First Conference 2025 is a fully virtual event scheduled for August 21, 2025 and August 22, 2025.
Refunds or ticket‑holder transfers may be requested until 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on August 11 2025; after that deadline, tickets are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Ticket transfers are free of charge. To request either a refund or a transfer, email [email protected] before the deadline from the email address used at purchase and include (1) your order number or ticket ID, (2) the word REFUND or TRANSFER in the subject line, and (3) for transfers, the replacement attendee’s full name, company, title, and email address. The Eastern‑Time timestamp of that email controls eligibility.
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method. Stripe transmits the credit to the card‑issuing bank immediately; most banks post the funds within 5 – 10 business days. Stripe’s processing fees are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
